1. Making a Purchase
We accept payment by MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express. Our site uses secure PayPal gateway and credit card processing. Your credit card will be charged upon your completing a shopping transaction. We will confirm receipt of your order by e-mail.

2. Shipping
Shipping and handling rates are calculated on our Web site for U.S. purchases only. Your purchase will be shipped by USPS first-class mail or priority mail. If another shipping option is desired, please contact our sales office directly for more information at info@corkchic.com

Most in-stock orders will ship within 1 week. If an item is not in stock, we will advise you as to when we expect delivery and send it to you as soon as we can-this is usually within 14 days. If there is a further delay, we will notify you by e-mail and ask whether you still wish to purchase the item(s) to be sent or prefer to be issued a full refund.

We will only charge you postage once per order, even if we send you more than one delivery. In the event of nonavailability of goods, we reserve the right to cancel the sales order.

3. Return Policy
We hope you are happy with your purchase: however, if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied, you may return the item for an exchange or refund within 14 days of delivery. Merchandise must be in perfect unused condition with original tags and packaging.

Include a copy of your invoice in your return package. Postage and packaging charges are not refundable. The package is your responsibility until it reaches us, so we strongly recommend that you send it with a tracking method in a padded envelope, box, or similar protective wrapping. We are not responsible for any consequential loss or expenses, howsoever caused. Refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment.

Our prices are determined by the Euro currency exchange rate, overseas shipping cost, and customs duty upon entry into the United States. An 8.25% sales tax applies to customers in the state of Texas and is calculated at checkout.
